| EVERY MORNING: Pick Up at 09h15 in the Stazione square N°51/R (Piazza dell' Unità corner). End of the visit at about 12h30. A drive by bus to the romantic "piazzale Michelangelo" to admire the roofs of Florence, an unforgettable panorama of the city. The tour continues by but to the centre of the city to have the guided visit of the Duomo, the Giotto's Bell Tower (outside) and the Battistero (outside) with its magnificent bronze doors. The visit continues entering the Duomo* to see the huge Brunelleschi dome. In the Town visit of the Cathedral, the Town Hall in which are preserved some of the finest pieces of the Italian painting and sculpture framed in a splendid medieval architecture. Time for lunch. On the way home, visit of San Gimignano, a charming little town perched on a hill top which has remained as it was in the Middle Age: towers, precious frescoes and other treasures to be enjoyed. |

| On Tuesdays and Fridays (from the 2nd of March till the 29th of October). Pick up at 14h00 in Piazza della Stazione 51/R (piazza dell'Unità corner). The excursion will end at about 22h45. A journey through the Chianti countryside, one of the most suggestive areas of Tuscany famous the world over for its wine, to reach a magnificent Castle: a visit to the gardens and the splendid cellar with its the famous barrels of the Chianti Classico wine. Stop for snack and wine tasting, followed by a visit to one of the most beautiful Romanesque churches in the area. For dinner: a typical meal (with rich menu and excellent Chianti wine) in the magical atmosphere of an old village among the hills. The excursions take place in different areas of the Chianti region. Weather permitting, dinner will be served in the open. Please wear suitable clothing. |

Guided visit of Lucca, a jewel of art and architecture, an enchanting promenade along the walls surrounding the city (16th century) to arrive in the city centre. Once in the historical centre visit of the medieval church of San Frediano, the beautiful piazza Anfiteatro, the Guinigi tower, the San Martino cathedral, the antique dealers and the San Michele in Forochurch. After a leisure in the city centre to have a brunch (not included) the tour will continue with a visit of the villas in the outskirts of the city: Villa Torrigiani *, its magnificent apartments, luxuriant park and the extraordinary garden of Villa Mansi. |
